Work in progress
My new series, INTERLUDES, has become part of a conversation between my father and me—a personal tribute to his work. Our landscapes face one another, opening a space where the works speak across time. My father's death affected me in ways I could never have imagined. His absence has left a profound void, and from that silence this series emerged. It awakened in me a deep desire to continue our long and fulfilling dialogues. The resemblance between our works becomes the language of that conversation. In this new series, I find myself unexpectedly echoing his work, as if something familiar had surfaced without my conscious intention.
